At present, PHS conducts its business under four trade names.
Prohealthsol Health Risk Assessment Services, Prohealthsol
Consulting and Outreach Services, Prohealthsol MRI Support Services,
and Tigris Foods. Some of PHS’s other historical activities included
training surgical techs to support recovery of organ donors for The
Transplant Resource Center of Maryland; development of a training
manual © 2001, for conducting the O.R. backtable for donor recovery
procedures; the launching of a new multi-unit data processing center;
and an expanded contract to provide I.V. services to MRI of Towson,
Seabrook, Silver Spring, and Olney in Maryland and MRI of Foxhall in
Washington, DC.
PHS is also affiliated with Prohealthsol Community Services Foundation
Inc. (“PCSF”), which recently worked with Kennedy Krieger Research
Institute and the City of Baltimore helping to implement culturally
appropriate, community based prevention interventions to reduce
exposure to multiple environmental hazards potentially generated by
residential demolition. PCSF also administers The National Coalition of
Minority Growers & Agribusinesses (“NCMGA”) which supports minority
and other small and under-served growers and agribusinesses.
PHS’s offices are located at the historic Belvedere in downtown
Baltimore.
Legal services for PHS. are provided by Weinstock, Friedman &
Friedman, P.A. Law Firm. Accounting services provided by CLS
Accounting Services. PHS also retains the services of a variety of other
business professionals and corporate advisors.
